At Gabrielle&Sophie Toronto, we ship to customers across Canada and want getting your order to you to be as smooth as possible. Here's everything you need to know about how it works.

We currently ship to addresses throughout the United Kingdom. Shipping costs and delivery times can vary a bit depending on where you're located and the size or weight of your order.
2. Processing Time
Once you place an order, we usually need 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday) to get it packed and ready to go, weekends and holidays not included. During busier periods, like sales or holiday season, this can take a little longer — if that happens, we'll keep you posted.
3. Shipping Rates
Good news: shipping is free on every order, no minimum spend required.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
Here's a quick breakdown of what to expect after you order:
- Processing Time: 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday)
- Transit Time: 4–9 business days (Monday to Friday)
- Total Delivery Time: 6–12 business days

Keep in mind these are estimates — carrier delays or extreme weather can occasionally push things back a bit.
5. Shipping Restrictions
We're unable to ship to PO Boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), or other restricted locations. Depending on UK regulations or carrier rules, some products may also come with their own shipping limitations.
6. Failed Delivery or Returned Packages
Sometimes a package can't be delivered — an incorrect address, a missed delivery attempt, and so on — and ends up back with us. If that happens, we'll reach out to you and arrange a new shipment, though this may come with extra shipping costs.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
Package arrived damaged, or never showed up at all? Let us know right away at info@gabrielle&sophie.com and we'll work with the carrier to get it sorted as quickly as we can.
