Welcome to Gabrielle&Sophie Toronto! Throughout this page, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Gabrielle&Sophie Toronto. We run this store and website — along with all the information, content, features, tools, products and services on it — to give you a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). Gabrielle&Sophie Toronto is built on Shopify, which is what makes it possible for us to offer these Services to you.

Product descriptions can change at any point, at our discretion, without advance notice. We also reserve the right to discontinue a product entirely or limit how much of it we sell to any person, region, or jurisdiction.

Placing an order is essentially making us an offer to buy. We reserve the right to accept or decline that offer for any reason. An order only becomes official once we confirm it — and we need your payment processed first. Please double-check your order before submitting it, since we may not always be able to accommodate cancellation requests afterward. If we ever need to change, cancel, or decline an order, we'll try to reach you using the email, billing address, or phone number you gave us.

Any returns or exchanges are handled strictly according to our Refund Policy.

By purchasing from us, you confirm the items are for your own personal or household use — not for resale or export.

Section 4 — Prices and Billing

Prices, discounts, and promotions can change without notice. Whatever price is in effect when you place your order is what you'll be charged, and it will be reflected in your order confirmation email. Unless we say otherwise, listed prices don't include taxes, shipping, handling, or any customs/import fees.

Prices in our online store may differ from prices in physical shops or other online stores run by third parties. From time to time we may run promotions that affect pricing, governed by their own separate terms — if those terms ever conflict with this document, the promotion's terms take priority.

You agree to keep your purchase, payment, and account details accurate and up to date — including your email address and card information — so we can process your orders and reach you when needed.

You also confirm that (i) any payment details you give us are true and complete, (ii) you're authorized to use that payment method, (iii) your card provider will honor the charges, and (iv) you'll cover the posted price, including shipping, handling, and any applicable taxes.

We're not responsible for shipping or delivery delays. Delivery estimates are just that — estimates, not guarantees. We can't control delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other events beyond our reach. Once your order is handed off to the carrier, ownership and risk of loss transfer to you.

Everything that makes up our Services — trademarks, branding, text, layout, images, graphics, reviews, video, audio, and how it's all arranged — belongs to Gabrielle&Sophie Toronto, our affiliates, or our licensors, and is protected under copyright, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

These Terms only allow you to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, distribute, alter, build derivative works from, publicly display or perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any part of the Services without our written permission first. Using the Services outside of what's permitted could violate intellectual property law. Anything not expressly granted stays reserved by us.

Our name, logo, and any related branding are trademarks of Gabrielle&Sophie Toronto or its affiliates/licensors, and can't be used without our written go-ahead. Shopify's name, logo, and related branding belong to Shopify. Any other names, logos, or branding you see on the Services belong to their respective owners.

Section 7 — Optional Tools

We may give you access to third-party tools as part of the Services — tools we don't monitor, control, or have input into.

Any such tools are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties or endorsement of any kind on our part. We carry no liability related to your use of them.

Using optional third-party tools is entirely at your own risk, and it's on you to review and understand the terms of whichever provider offers them.

We might introduce new features or tools down the line — when we do, they become part of the Services and fall under these same Terms.

Section 8 — Third-Party Links

Our Services may include links or embedded content pointing to websites run by third parties. We don't review or vouch for the accuracy of that outside content, so if you click through to a third-party site, you're doing so at your own risk.

Gabrielle&Sophie Toronto runs on Shopify, which powers our ability to offer these Services. That said, any purchase you make happens directly between you and Gabrielle&Sophie Toronto. By using our Services, you acknowledge that Shopify has no responsibility for any part of that sale — including any damage, injury, or loss tied to the products or services purchased. You release Shopify and its affiliates from any claims or liability connected to your transactions with us.

We may (but don't have to) review, edit, or remove Feedback we consider unlawful, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate, or that infringes on someone's rights or these Terms.

You agree your Feedback won't violate anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights, and won't contain anything unlawful, abusive, obscene, or malicious. You also agree not to fake your identity or mislead us about where your Feedback is coming from. You're solely responsible for what you submit — we take no responsibility for Feedback posted by you or anyone else.
